enCore Documentation Project — (Donate to Support this Project)
This project will work on creating help documentation for enCore v5. It is a large, ambitious project that has many sub-projects within it
--single-source documentation solution for enCore User's Guide v5 (see proposal)
--the new User's Guide will include an updated enCore Administrator's guide
--new installation/backup/update/move guide
--new guide for teaching with enCore (I envision creating a enCore Pedagogy Wiki so it is organic and easily open to submissions)
--creation of an enCore programming textbook (or MOO programming textbook) that could be used by Computer Science classes in programming.

enCore Interactivity Project
The goal of this project is to enhance enCore's ability to facilitate virtual reality and play. It may involve some gathering and sorting of objects created in other moos that we may want to incorporate into the enCore group of generics. These could be play/virtual reality objects like an object or it could be other objects like porting in Wilson's everything-in-one room. It may also be the gathering or even creating of verbs that could be applied to certain objects--like event aware rooms.

enCore Grant Writers Project
The goal of this group will be first to position the enCore Consortium so that it is able to make credible grant proposals (we have already achieved one grant). Then this project will begin creating grant requests to targeted foundations, corporations, or institutions. These grants will be the future life blood for enCore development, so if you have any expertise with grants and grant writing, we need you.
enCore Special Initiatives Project
This project is really a subset of the grant writing project. This work will entail collecting information on special initiatives like the very large LINGO Project that Daniel Jung supports in Norway and other countries, or Project Achieve or Ron Broglio's Romantic Circles--these are special projects that use or propose to use enCore. Through developing a relationship with these special enCore initiatives, we hope that a symbiotic relationship will emerge: the participation of these initiatives in the enCore Consortium will help the Consortium secure significant grant funding for its larger program development, and participation by these initiatives in the enCore Consortium will enhance the ability of these initiatives to secure funding for their particular work (perhaps even through the Consortium grants).
enCore Graphics Library Project
This project will collect a library of copyright-free graphics that we can have as an easily accessible starting point for students to incorporate graphics into their building. I suppose it is possible to include graphics we create too.
