[Encore] Encore Express

Hi 
after a long process, I finally got a moo working locally.

I tried to find Encore Express, but the links didn't work. Can anyone please tell me where to get a copy to assist in creating my database?

Are there any partially completed databases available for download to get things going while the development takes place?
