Happy Winter Solstice

(Midsummer for you lucky ones down under!)

My weather system generated a Hurricane for the first time in my digs at
Literary Worlds.
It is such a rare outcome that I haven't developed any custom descriptions
unfortunately so this is how it looked:

It is dusk on a hurricane cold day.
There is torrential snow falling.
A very old and weather beaten wooden jetty stretching out into Shelter Bay.

Out at Sea it was a little more dramatic:

It is dusk on a hurricane cold day.
There is torrential snow falling.
The surface of the sea is a vast expanse of tumbling water, the large
overhanging crests of the waves break in spray filled bursts. The surface is
almost white with foam.

The weather radio reported this:

============== Weather Radio Broadcast===========
Current conditions for The Sea
Realm is temperate
Terrain is Seacoast
The weather today is hurricane .
The special weather is hurricane.
High temperature today is 25 F.
Low temperature today is 10 F.
Current temperature is 25 F.
The wind is blowing from the west at 60 miles per hour.
The sky is overcast.
There is torrential snow falling.
Dawn occurs at 8 a.m. and dusk at 4 p.m.
The moon phase is Full.

No damage or injuries were programmed so the bar in the Tavern is still open
for business:

Login as a guest and come by for a cool one.
Take the Shelter Bay exit from the Literary Worlds Welcome Center at:

Lou will be happy to serve you!

I hope the returning Sun brings health and prosperity to you and yours in
2008!

Ciao
KJ
