August 2006 Notice:
The previous encore-list (encore@utdallas.edu) closed at the end of August because Cynthia Haynes, the previous list owner, moved to Clemson University. Subscribers to the previous encore-list were migrated over to the new Consortium-hosted encore-list. The old development@encore-consortium.org list was also migrated to the general encore-list.
